Our front desk receptionist administration position is responsible for answering and directing our clients phone calls, greeting customers and making them feel welcome, directing clients to the appropriate departments, assisting salespeople as directed, clerical support, invoicing clients, light cleaning, and opening/distributing mail to the appropriate departments.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in reception, clerical, and customer service. This position needs a detailed oriented person. You must have working knowledge of Word and Microsoft office.
